Probiotics are naturally found in your body. You can also find them in some foods and supplements."
So basically it means they are good for your stomach and help aid in keeping your digestive system happy and healthy. So I'm going to be taking Accuflora for a week and have Sophie take the Yum-V's probiotics for a week and we will see how we do... I'll update more in one week! :)
