Coffee Cookies
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2-3 Cups Instant Coffee Granules
1 Cup Chocolate Chips/Bits
Nuts, if desired (I don't like any kind of nut so I've never used them)
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
So good and yummy!
